A familiar Staunton design with a distinctive new look—and the extra queens players want. This 34-piece set includes extra queens for each side, so a spare queen is ready whenever a pawn is promoted.
The pieces pair substantial, weighted metal finish tops and bases with marbled acrylic centers. The dark pieces have a warm copper-toned finish and cream-and-amber marbling; the light pieces have a silver-toned finish and gray marbling. Padded bases help the pieces move smoothly while protecting your board.
