Shipping

Below are some common questions about shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all states within the USA.

We do ship Internationally through our ebay store on a regular basis.

ebay works directly with the buyer and handles collection of international shipping, duties etc. Simply access our ebay store, make a purchase, ebay notifies us, we ship to their US based international hub, and they direct your package to your location.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 for all orders within the USA. For orders totaling over $100 (before shipping costs and any taxes), shipping is free! This applies to all products.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process and ship orders quickly, typically on the same business day if placed by 2 PM EST. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

East Coast: 1-3 business days

Middle America: 2-3 business days

West Coast (including California): Approximately 5 business days

Which carriers do you use for shipping?

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) at our discretion to ensure your order arrives safely.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Please contact us first to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can reach us at Sales@chessset.com or by calling 1(800)ON-CHESS (1-800-662-4377).

What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We strive to ensure your order is inspected and properly packed, but if issues occur, contact us immediately by email or phone. Ship the order back to us (to Chess Gorilla, 221 Norris Drive, Rochester NY 14610), and upon receipt, we will replace it. We will reimburse you for reasonable shipping fees back to us and send the replacement order at no additional expense to you.
