ChessSet.com and Chess Gorilla order from factories all over the world. We do our best source from US based factories and developers.

With sourcing across the world, quality control is a key sticking point for us. The problem is most chess equipment is sourced from 4 major factories. Unfortunately quality control is NOT a high priority for them.
To combat this we developed our Chess Gorilla brand where maintain strict quality control standards for our products. By strategically picking the factories we deal with, we can maintain QC that most other companies can only dream of.

Yes, We LOVE our wholesale customers. We are building a special access portion of our website specifically for you. You will have to be approved for the level and yes, it will be password protected.
Can I get cusomized chess boards?
Yes, we do custom chess boards for a ton of companies. It is an involved process. If you need custom boards or any other custom items...contact us directly at 1-(800)ONCHESS and we will take care of all your needs.
We need someone to sell at our tournaments
If we cannot sell at your tournament we can help you find somone who can. If you are interested and there is not an established seller that services your area we would be happy to help train you on how to do it yourself.
When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday as long as your order gets processed in enough time. We do our best to ship the same day we receive the order, but sometimes it might take an extra day or so.
