Return Policy: - Damaged Product
We strive to ensure your order is inspected and properly packed for shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately (by e-mail or phone). Ship the order back to us and upon receipt, we will replace it. We will reimburse you for reasonable shipping fees back to us (we use Priority Mail, UPS, Parcel Post) and send the replacement order at no additional expense to you.

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, contact us by phone or e-mail. Ship the order back to us within 30 days from date of order for a full refund less shipping charges.There are no returns or refunds for digital downloads, DVDs, software, or plastic playing cards that have been opened.
Note: Any items returned after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
